Flamirins

Flamirins is an isotonic buffered wound cleanser developed and marketed by Flen Health for the management of acute and chronic wounds. Formulated as a topical spray, it contains polysorbate, a surfactant that reduces surface tension between fluids and the wound bed to facilitate mechanical debridement of non-viable tissue and foreign bodies. It also incorporates citric acid to maintain an acidic pH environment, which creates conditions less conducive to bacterial growth. The solution is designed to be non-stinging and can be applied in either spray or stream modes to effectively clean the wound micro-environment and reduce the risk of infection.
