Overview

FLM-7523 is a clinical-stage antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) developed by Flamingo Therapeutics in collaboration with Ionis Pharmaceuticals. This RNA-targeted therapy is designed to inhibit the Androgen Receptor, with the aim of treating oncology indications. The drug was part of an alliance where Flamingo Therapeutics acquired rights to several clinical-stage ASO programs from Ionis, leveraging both companies' expertise in RNA-targeted drug discovery and oncology.
