Overview
FloraBaby is a multi-strain probiotic dietary supplement formulated specifically for infants and young children. It contains five strains of beneficial bacteria commonly found in the intestinal tract of children, including Bifidobacterium breve, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium infantis (Bifidobacterium longum subsp. infantis), and Bifidobacterium longum. The product is designed to support gastrointestinal health and help establish or restore healthy gut flora in newborns and young children. It is available as a flavorless powder that can be mixed into cool or warm liquids or soft foods for easy administration[3][4][5][6]. Clinical use includes prevention of severe necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) in preterm infants[2]. The product does not contain gluten or GMOs but may contain traces of milk and soy from fermentation ingredients[6].
