Overview

FlowVax is a peptide-based vaccine platform developed by Flow Pharma Inc. that utilizes patented Size Exclusion Antigen Presentation Control (SEAPAC™) technology. This technology involves the creation of biodegradable microspheres, approximately the size of human white blood cells, to optimize antigen presentation to the immune system. The platform has been applied to several indications, most notably FlowVax COVID-19, which targets the SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein using a suite of 16 peptides to provide broad population coverage. The vaccine is designed to be room-temperature stable and can be administered via injection or nasal spray. Beyond COVID-19, the FlowVax platform is being developed for other infectious diseases and oncology indications.
