Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FlowVax BreastCA is a personalized therapeutic cancer vaccine under development by Flow Pharma for the treatment of breast cancer, including triple-negative and luminal subtypes. The vaccine targets survivin, a tumor-associated antigen expressed on breast cancer cells but not on adjacent normal tissue. It is designed to stimulate T-cell responses against survivin-expressing tumor cells and is delivered via intranodal injection. The platform uses next-generation sequencing and artificial intelligence to identify patient-specific neoantigens for personalized therapy. Preclinical studies in mouse models have shown efficacy in slowing the growth of triple-negative breast cancer, and clinical development includes gene sequencing studies and Phase I trials[1][2][3][4].
