Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FlowVax HPV is a therapeutic cancer vaccine developed by Flow Pharma. It is designed to stimulate a robust natural immune response, specifically overcoming T-cell suppression and expanding the population of precision-targeting killer T-cells against human papillomavirus (HPV)-associated cancers. Unlike prophylactic HPV vaccines that prevent infection, FlowVax HPV is intended for the treatment of existing disease, such as cervical cancer caused by persistent high-risk HPV infection. The vaccine leverages synthetic peptide technology to induce cytotoxic T-lymphocyte responses targeting tumor cells expressing viral antigens[1][9]. The product utilizes a proprietary dry powder formulation that is stable at room temperature and can be programmed at manufacture to target specific neoantigens[10].
