Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**FLT3-IL7-CAR-gamma delta T cells** are an experimental, IL-7-armored FLT3-directed γδ CAR-T cell product evaluated preclinically for acute myeloid leukemia. The engineered γδ T cells express a CAR that recognizes FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 and co-express interleukin-7 to support T-cell survival and persistence. The construct was compared with non-armored FLT3-CAR-γδT cells and IL-2-armored FLT3-CAR-γδT cells in AML cell-line, primary AML-cell, and mouse xenograft experiments; the reported study identified the IL-2-armored comparator as the most active construct overall.
