Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Flu Seasonal mRNA Formulation 4 is an investigational intramuscular multivalent seasonal influenza mRNA vaccine formulation evaluated by GSK in its GSK4382276A clinical development programme. The lipid-formulated mRNA vaccine is intended to induce immune responses against influenza viral surface antigens, including hemagglutinin and neuraminidase, to prevent seasonal influenza. Formulation 4 was one of multiple candidate formulations studied in the completed Phase 1/2 dose-finding study NCT05823974; publicly available sources do not disclose its complete strain composition or precise mRNA dose composition.
