**Flucelvax Quadrivalent** was Seqirus's cell culture-derived, split-virion, inactivated quadrivalent seasonal influenza vaccine. It contained surface antigens from two influenza A strains and two influenza B lineages and was administered intramuscularly to induce protective humoral immune responses against influenza viral hemagglutinin and neuraminidase antigens. It was approved in the United States for active immunization against influenza in individuals aged 6 months and older.
