Overview

**Flumel** is a CAPS Pharmaceuticals adult oral fixed-dose cold-and-flu tablet marketed in Zimbabwe for symptomatic relief of flu. Each tablet contains paracetamol 500 mg, chlorpheniramine maleate 2 mg, and phenylephrine hydrochloride 10 mg.
