Overview

Fluoric acid is a homeopathic medicine used to treat radiation-induced itching, a common and potentially severe side effect following local radiotherapy for breast carcinoma. In a study involving 25 patients, it was found to be the most frequently indicated and effective homeopathic medicine, successfully treating 9 out of 13 patients who received it. The treatment, typically administered as a single dose in a 30C dilution, resulted in a significant reduction in itching severity as measured by a visual analogue scale (VAS).
