fluzoparib + famitinib is a combination therapy being evaluated for the maintenance treatment of advanced ovarian cancer. Fluzoparib (also known as fuzuloparib or SHR3162) is an orally active small molecule inhibitor of poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP), specifically targeting PARP1 and PARP2 to impede DNA damage repair in cancer cells. Famitinib (famitinib malate) is a multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) that primarily inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2), platelet-derived growth factor receptor (PDGFR), and c-Kit, thereby exerting anti-angiogenic and anti-tumor effects. The combination is developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals and has been studied in clinical trials sponsored by investigators such as Jinhua Zhou to assess its efficacy in patients who have achieved a response to first-line platinum-based chemotherapy.
