fluzoparib + temozolomide + SHR-1316

This is a **combination therapy** consisting of **fluzoparib** (a small molecule PARP inhibitor), **temozolomide** (an oral alkylating chemotherapy agent), and **SHR-1316** (a monoclonal antibody targeting PD-L1, functioning as an immune checkpoint inhibitor). This combination is being evaluated primarily for the treatment of **relapsed small cell lung cancer** and other solid tumors. The rationale is to synergistically target DNA repair pathways (fluzoparib), induce DNA damage (temozolomide), and stimulate anti-tumor immune response (SHR-1316).
