Overview

FLYSYN is a chimeric, Fc-optimized monospecific IgG1 monoclonal antibody that specifically targets the extracellular domain of the Fms-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3, also known as CD135), which is abundantly expressed on acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells. Its mechanism of action includes antibody-dependent cell cytotoxicity and stimulation of T lymphocytes. The drug is being developed primarily for the eradication of measurable residual disease (MRD) in AML patients who are in complete remission but remain MRD positive. Early clinical studies have shown that FLYSYN monotherapy is safe and well-tolerated, with promising preliminary efficacy data in reducing or eliminating MRD in AML patients[2][5][6].
