Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FNX006 is a potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of Hematopoietic Progenitor Kinase 1 (HPK1), developed by Chengdu Fanoxi Biopharmaceutical Technology. HPK1 is a member of the MAP4K family and acts as a key negative regulator of T-cell, B-cell, and dendritic cell activation. By inhibiting HPK1, FNX006 aims to reverse immune suppression within the tumor microenvironment and enhance the anti-tumor activity of effector T cells. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including triple-negative breast cancer and melanoma, both as a monotherapy and in combination with checkpoint inhibitors.
