FOLFOXIRI + bevacizumab + mitomycin is an investigational combination chemotherapy regimen used primarily in the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). FOLFOXIRI plus bevacizumab has demonstrated improved response rates and survival outcomes compared to doublet regimens in mCRC[3][4][5]. The addition of mitomycin is less common but may be explored in specific clinical trial settings or as part of salvage therapy protocols.
