Overview
**Foligraf** is a brand of recombinant human follicle-stimulating hormone (r-hFSH, follitropin) injection manufactured by Bharat Serums and Vaccines Ltd for fertility treatment. It mimics the natural FSH to stimulate follicular development in the ovaries of women with anovulation (including polycystic ovarian disease unresponsive to clomiphene) or undergoing assisted reproductive technologies like IVF, promoting multifollicular growth and ovulation. In men, it treats hypogonadotropic hypogonadism by enhancing spermatogenesis and testosterone production. Administered subcutaneously under medical supervision, it is available in strengths such as 75 IU, 150 IU, and 300 IU pre-filled syringes.[1][5][6]
