Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DA-3801 is a recombinant human follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) biosimilar to follitropin alpha (Gonal-F). It is used for controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH) in women undergoing assisted reproductive technology (ART). Clinical studies have demonstrated that DA-3801 is not inferior to follitropin alpha in terms of efficacy and safety, with comparable pregnancy and implantation rates. In some studies, DA-3801 showed a lower total dose requirement and shorter stimulation duration compared to the reference product.
