Formulation D

**Formulation D** is an investigational formulation of Inventprise's IVT PCV-25, a 25-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine being evaluated in healthy infants. It contains conjugated *Streptococcus pneumoniae* capsular polysaccharide antigens designed to induce serotype-specific protective antibody responses and prevent invasive pneumococcal disease. Formulation D is one of three IVT PCV-25 formulations assessed in a randomized, double-blind, active-controlled Phase 2 infant study using a three-dose intramuscular schedule, with Prevnar 20 as the comparator.
