Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Fortigen** is an oral fixed-dose syrup marketed by FRiLAB as an appetite stimulant and metabolic enhancer. Each 5 mL contains cyproheptadine hydrochloride 2 mg together with riboflavin, pyridoxine, thiamine, nicotinamide, and cyanocobalamin. Cyproheptadine is a first-generation antihistamine and antiserotonergic agent; its histamine- and serotonin-receptor antagonism is used in this product to support appetite stimulation, while the B vitamins provide nutritional supplementation.
