Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Fortinn Cold (also marketed as Fortinn gel COLD) is a multi-ingredient topical gel developed and marketed by INNventa Pharm. It is formulated with a high concentration of active components, including thyme extract (*Thymus vulgaris*), yarrow extract (*Achillea millefolium*), menthol, camphor, methyl salicylate, panthenol, bisabolol, and a vitamin B complex (B1, B5, B6). The gel is designed to provide a cooling sensation upon application, primarily mediated by menthol acting on thermosensitive receptors in the skin. Collectively, its ingredients work synergistically to improve local blood circulation, reduce inflammation, alleviate pain and swelling, relieve muscle cramps, and increase joint mobility. It is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with rheumatic conditions, muscle and joint pain, neck and back stiffness, and sports injuries such as sprains and strains.
