fostamatinib + warfarin

This is a combination of **fostamatinib** and **warfarin**. Fostamatinib is a small molecule spleen tyrosine kinase (SYK) inhibitor approved for chronic immune thrombocytopenia; it acts by inhibiting SYK-mediated signaling, thereby reducing antibody-mediated destruction of platelets. Warfarin is a vitamin K antagonist anticoagulant used for the prevention and treatment of thromboembolic disorders by inhibiting the synthesis of vitamin K-dependent clotting factors. Co-administration has been studied, with findings indicating fostamatinib does not significantly affect the pharmacokinetics or pharmacodynamics of warfarin to a clinically relevant extent, although small increases in warfarin exposure are observed.
