FOXM1 TCR-T1 is an experimental adoptive cell therapy consisting of T cells engineered to express a T-cell receptor (TCR) specific for the Forkhead Box M1 (FOXM1) transcription factor. FOXM1 is a well-characterized oncogene and transcription factor that is highly expressed in a wide range of malignancies, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), where it drives cell cycle progression, proliferation, and survival. The therapy targets FOXM1-derived peptides presented on the cell surface by specific human leukocyte antigen (HLA) molecules, including HLA-A*02:01, HLA-A*24:02, and HLA-A*23:01. Upon recognition of these MHC-peptide complexes, the engineered T cells undergo activation and exert potent cytotoxic effects against tumor cells. Preclinical studies in murine models have demonstrated that FOXM1 TCR-T1 can significantly reduce tumor growth and prolong survival, supporting its potential as a targeted immunotherapy for FOXM1-positive solid tumors.
