Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FP011 is a trispecific antibody drug candidate developed by Guangdong Fapon Biopharma. It targets three immune checkpoint proteins—CD112R (PVRIG), PD-1 (Programmed cell death protein 1), and TIGIT (T cell immunoglobulin and ITIM domains)—and acts as an antagonist/inhibitor to each. The drug is designed for oncology indications, specifically neoplasms, with the aim of enhancing anti-tumor immune responses by simultaneously blocking multiple inhibitory pathways that suppress T-cell activity in the tumor microenvironment. As of June 2025, FP011 remains in preclinical development[1][9].
