Overview

FP012 is an innovative antibody fusion protein developed by Guangdong Fapon Biopharma for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Developed using the company's proprietary IL-10M (modified IL-10) fusion protein platform, the molecule is designed to provide dual-action immune modulation. It targets the pro-inflammatory cytokine Interleukin-1 alpha (IL-1A) while simultaneously incorporating a modified Interleukin-10 (IL-10MM) component. This approach aims to neutralize inflammatory signaling and promote anti-inflammatory pathways to restore immune homeostasis in the gastrointestinal tract.
