Overview

FP6E21 is a multi-specific T-cell engager (TCE) being developed by Guangdong Fapon Biopharma for the treatment of colorectal cancer (CRC). The molecule is designed to bridge T cells and tumor cells by simultaneously targeting CD4 and a tumor-associated antigen designated as 'T7', while providing activation and co-stimulatory signals through the engagement of CD3 and CD28. This multi-pronged approach aims to recruit and activate T cells directly within the tumor microenvironment to mediate the targeted destruction of colorectal cancer cells. FP6E21 is part of Fapon's innovative pipeline of bi-specific and tri-specific T-cell engagers developed using their proprietary technology platforms.
