Overview

FPE015 is a trispecific antibody developed by Guangdong Fapon Biopharma. It targets three immune checkpoint proteins—CD112R (also known as PVRIG), PD-L1 (Programmed death-ligand 1), and TIGIT (T cell immunoglobulin and ITIM domains). The drug acts as an antagonist or inhibitor to these targets, aiming to enhance anti-tumor immune responses by blocking multiple inhibitory pathways that suppress T-cell activity in the tumor microenvironment. Its primary therapeutic area was neoplasms (cancer). Development of FPE015 has been discontinued at the preclinical stage[1][4].
