Overview

FPI-2059 is a clinical-stage radiopharmaceutical developed by Fusion Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of solid tumors. It originated from an asset, IPN-1087, acquired from Ipsen, which Fusion subsequently modified. FPI-2059 is a small molecule designed to target Neurotensin Receptor 1 (NTSR1) and utilizes actinium-225, an alpha particle emitter, as its radioisotope. Fusion Pharmaceuticals, the developer, was acquired by AstraZeneca.
