Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FPV-CV301 is a recombinant fowlpox viral vector vaccine that serves as the boosting component in the CV301 cancer vaccine regimen. It contains transgenes encoding two tumor-associated antigens (CEA and MUC1) and three costimulatory molecules (TRICOM: B7.1, ICAM-1, and LFA-3). Used after priming with MVA-BN-CV301, it aims to generate and maintain immune responses against tumors that overexpress CEA and MUC1.
