Fracbind

Fracbind (often marketed as Fracbind 4G) is a pharmaceutical formulation developed by Emblazon Life Sciences (Emblaze) for the management of bone fractures and the promotion of bone health. It is a combination product typically composed of *Cissus quadrangularis* extract, calcium citrate, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), and folic acid. *Cissus quadrangularis*, also known as Hadjod, is a botanical extract that has been shown to accelerate the healing process of bone fractures by stimulating the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts and enhancing the mineralization of the callus. The inclusion of calcium and vitamin D3 provides the essential mineral substrate and the hormonal signal required for calcium absorption and bone matrix formation, while folic acid supports cellular metabolism during the repair process.
