It combines three active pharmaceutical ingredients: nimesulide, phenylephrine, and cetirizine. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that preferentially inhibits cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), providing analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. Phenylephrine acts as a decongestant by stimulating alpha-1 adrenergic receptors, leading to vasoconstriction in the nasal mucosa.
