The Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is investigating its clinical efficacy in treating a range of lung diseases, including acute tracheobronchitis, post-infectious cough, bronchiectasis, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), specifically in patients presenting with phlegm-heat syndrome.
