Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FRP-003 is an investigational, orally administered botanical drug candidate being developed by Front Range Pharmaceuticals (the pharmaceutical R&D division of Endourage) for the treatment of Long COVID, specifically targeting persistent fatigue and post-exertional malaise (PEM) in adults. FRP-003 is a standardized, full-spectrum hemp flower extract containing a specific blend of phytocannabinoids (including cannabidiol [CBD], cannabigerol [CBG], cannabidivarin [CBDV], cannabidiolic acid [CBDA], and cannabichromene [CBC]) and therapeutic terpenes (such as beta-caryophyllene, myrcene, limonene, linalool, and pinene). It is designed to support the endocannabinoid system and restore cellular homeostasis. In September 2026, the FDA cleared Front Range Pharmaceuticals' Investigational New Drug (IND) application to initiate a Phase 2 clinical trial of FRP-003 in adults with Long COVID and persistent fatigue.
