Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FS001 is a potential first-in-class antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed for the treatment of solid tumors. It consists of Foreseen Biotechnology’s proprietary monoclonal antibody, which targets a novel tumor-associated antigen that is highly expressed in multiple solid tumors and plays a critical role in tumor proliferation and metastasis. The target was identified using Foreseen’s high-throughput proteomics and AI-powered screening platforms. The ADC incorporates an innovative, stable, cleavable linker attached to a potent topoisomerase I inhibitor payload, designed to maximize efficacy while minimizing off-target toxicity. Preclinical studies have demonstrated robust antitumor activity—including in multi-drug-resistant cancer models—and a favorable safety profile with a wide therapeutic window. Ipsen has secured exclusive global rights for development, manufacturing, and commercialization of FS001; the drug is currently in the final stages of preclinical development[1][3][5][6].
