FS003

FS003 is a preclinical-stage antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Foreseen Biotechnology for the treatment of solid tumors. The candidate was identified using Foreseen's proprietary Translational AI platform, which discovers novel tumor-associated antigens (TAAs) by analyzing large-scale clinico-genomic data to identify targets with high differential expression between cancerous and healthy tissues. FS003 is designed to selectively target a novel TAA and deliver a potent cytotoxic payload directly to cancer cells, aiming to provide a new therapeutic option for patients with various solid malignancies. As of 2024, the program remains in preclinical development.
