Galectin-9 is a glycan-binding protein that plays a critical role in immune regulation; FT0024 is designed to reprogram immune responses and restore immune balance in dysregulated states. The program has received non-dilutive funding from Brandon BioCatalyst and the U.S. Department of Defense and is currently in the discovery stage of development.
