Overview

FT555 is an off-the-shelf, multiplexed-engineered CAR-NK cell therapy derived from a clonal master induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line. It is designed to target both GPRC5D (G protein-coupled receptor class C group 5 member D) and CD38 antigens, which are highly expressed in multiple myeloma tumor cells. This dual-targeting CAR-NK cell approach enables FT555 to exert potent tumor-specific activity. Preclinical studies demonstrate that FT555 shows robust and durable activity against multiple myeloma, both as monotherapy and in combination with the anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody daratumumab. This therapy is intended to provide an innovative, standardized, and scalable off-the-shelf immunotherapy option for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma patients[1][2][4].
