Overview

FTX-6274 is an oral small molecule inhibitor of embryonic ectoderm development (EED), a component of the polycomb repressive complex 2 (PRC2), under preclinical development by Fulcrum Therapeutics for the treatment of castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC). By inhibiting EED, FTX-6274 targets epigenetic regulation of gene expression, aiming to disrupt the PRC2-mediated chromatin modification that supports tumor progression in CRPC.
