Fufang Huangqi is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) compound formulation developed by the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine specifically for the treatment of myasthenia gravis (MG). The formulation is primarily composed of *Astragalus membranaceus* (Huangqi) as the chief ingredient, which is known for its immunomodulatory and 'Qi-tonifying' properties. It is often combined with other herbs such as *Cimicifuga foetida* and *Bupleurum chinense* to address the underlying pathology of MG according to TCM principles.
