Fufang Keke granule is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) hospital preparation developed by the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of refractory chronic cough, a condition characterized by a persistent cough lasting more than eight weeks that remains unexplained or unresponsive to standard treatments. The granule is a multi-component herbal formulation designed to clear lung heat and suppress cough. It is currently undergoing Phase 2 clinical evaluation (ChiCTR2500114325) to assess its efficacy and safety profile in patients with chronic cough.
