Overview
Fufang Rongzhu granules (复方蓉术颗粒) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) Class 1.1 innovative drug developed by Yangzijiang Pharmaceutical. Formulated as oral granules, it is designed to warm and tonify the spleen and kidney yang. The drug is primarily being developed for the treatment of elderly functional constipation in patients presenting with a TCM pattern of spleen-kidney yang deficiency. Fufang Rongzhu granules has completed Phase II clinical evaluation and is currently undergoing Phase III randomized, double-blind, parallel-dose, multicenter clinical trials in China.
