Fuke Qianjin Tablets (妇科千金片) is an approved traditional Chinese patent medicine (TCM) developed by the Qianjin Research Institute (Zhuzhou Qianjin Pharmaceutical). It is formulated from eight herbal ingredients: Flemingia philippinensis (Philippine flemingia root), Rosa laevigata (Cherokee rose root), Andrographis paniculata, Mahonia fortunei (Chinese mahonia stem), Zanthoxylum dissitum, Angelica sinensis (Chinese angelica root), Spatholobus suberectus (suberect spatholobus), and Codonopsis pilosula (tangshen root). Fuke Qianjin Tablets are widely used in China for clearing heat, expelling dampness, tonifying qi, and resolving blood stasis. It is primarily indicated for gynecological inflammatory conditions, including pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), endometritis, and chronic cervicitis, often presenting with symptoms such as leukorrhagia, abdominal pain, and fatigue.
