Fuke Zaizao Wan is a traditional Chinese patent medicine (TCM) used for the treatment of various gynecological conditions, including irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). The formulation is a complex mixture of numerous herbal ingredients, including *Angelica sinensis* (wine-broiled), *Cyperus rotundus* (vinegar-broiled), *Radix Paeoniae Alba*, *Rehmannia glutinosa*, *Ejiao* (donkey-hide gelatin), *Poria*, *Codonopsis*, and *Astragalus*. It is traditionally indicated to nourish blood, regulate menstruation, replenish the liver and kidney, and warm the uterus to alleviate pain. The medicine is typically administered orally in the form of pills or capsules. Clinical research, such as trials registered in the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry (ChiCTR), has explored its efficacy in combination with progesterone for managing PCOS. It is manufactured by Guiyang Dechangxiang Pharmaceutical.
