FULIRI

FULIRI is a chemotherapy combination regimen consisting of irinotecan liposome, 5-fluorouracil (5-FU), and leucovorin (folinic acid). It is a modification of the standard FOLFIRI regimen, substituting conventional irinotecan with a liposomal formulation to potentially improve the safety and efficacy profile.
