Overview

Fulzerasib + ivonescimab is an investigational combination therapy for advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), specifically targeting patients with KRAS G12C mutation. Fulzerasib is a covalent inhibitor of the KRAS G12C protein, developed as a targeted therapy for tumors bearing this genetic alteration. Ivonescimab is a bispecific monoclonal antibody targeting both PD-1 and VEGF, combining immune checkpoint inhibition with anti-angiogenic therapy. The combination aims to simultaneously block cancer cell signaling and modulate the tumor microenvironment by suppressing immune evasion and angiogenesis. This combination is being evaluated in early phase clinical trials as first-line therapy for NSCLC with KRAS G12C mutation.
