Overview

Furmonertinib is an orally administered, irreversible, third-generation, mutant-selective epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor developed by Allist Pharmaceuticals. It covalently inhibits mutant EGFR signaling, including classical sensitizing mutations and EGFR T790M, and is approved in China as Ivesa for adults with locally advanced or metastatic EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer. Outside Greater China, ArriVent is developing the same molecule under the name firmonertinib, including in global late-stage development for EGFR exon 20 insertion-positive non-small cell lung cancer.
