Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FUSE202 is an investigational oncolytic virus therapy being developed by Fusix Biotech for the treatment of solid tumors. Built on the company's proprietary InFUSE platform, FUSE202 is an engineered viral vector designed to selectively replicate within and lyse cancer cells while simultaneously delivering a genetic payload. Specifically, FUSE202 encodes an undisclosed immune-stimulatory gene (referred to as 'Gene B') intended to modulate the tumor microenvironment and enhance systemic antitumor immune responses. The program is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development.
