FUSE401

FUSE401 is a preclinical-stage therapeutic candidate developed by Fusix Biotech using its proprietary InFUSE oncolytic virus platform. It is designed as a gene therapy delivered via an oncolytic viral vector, specifically encoding a gene that modulates the extracellular matrix (ECM) within the tumor microenvironment (TME). By targeting the ECM, FUSE401 aims to remodel the dense physical barriers of solid tumors, thereby improving viral spread, enhancing immune cell infiltration, and potentially increasing the efficacy of co-administered therapies. The program is currently in the lead optimization and exploratory preclinical phase for the treatment of various solid tumors.
