Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FUSE501 is a preclinical-stage therapeutic candidate developed by Fusix Biotech for the treatment of solid tumors. It utilizes the company's proprietary InFUSE platform, which consists of an oncolytic viral vector engineered to encode a bispecific antibody construct. This approach combines the direct tumor-lytic properties of the oncolytic virus with the targeted immune-modulating or anti-tumor activity of the encoded bispecific antibody, which is expressed locally within the tumor microenvironment upon viral infection. The specific molecular targets of the bispecific antibody have not been disclosed.
