Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Fushu Granules is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed by Hefei Cornerstone Pharmaceutical Development Co., Ltd. for the treatment of chronic pelvic pain (CPP) associated with the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). The drug is designed based on TCM principles to promote blood circulation, remove blood stasis, and clear heat and dampness, which are therapeutic goals for addressing persistent inflammatory conditions in the pelvic cavity. Clinical evaluation in China has focused on its efficacy in reducing pain scores and improving clinical symptoms in women suffering from long-term pelvic discomfort following acute infections. It has progressed through Phase 2 and Phase 3 clinical trials to establish its safety and therapeutic profile as a non-hormonal, herbal-based intervention for gynecological pain management.
